The large range of AVK butterfly valves
AVK started supplying butterfly valves from Wouter Witzel since the 90s, a well reputed manufacturer of centric fixed liner butterfly valves founded in 1966 in the Netherlands and since 2005 a member of the AVK Group. In the same year we introduced a brand new range of AVK double eccentric butterfly valves.
In 2010 InterApp Armaturen Holding AG became part of the AVK Group. InterApp was founded in 1969 and is a well reputed manufacturer of centric loose liner butterfly valves produced in Switzerland and Spain.
As the latest developments AVK has added triple off-set butterfly valves for industrial applications as well as grooved end butterfly valves for fire protection applications to the range.
Today, we are one of the most diverse suppliers of butterfly valves and actuators on the market to meet the needs of our customers around the world and in Vietnam.
Centric butterfly valves with fixed liner
Fixed liner centric butterfly valves can be used under vacuum conditions as there is no movement and wear of the liner. Besides, the fixed liner valve is suitable for high flow velocities and high operating cycles e.g. open/close every few seconds as well as modulating duty. Fixed liner butterfly valves are typically used both above and below ground installations. Available for water, wastewater, gas, fire protection and industry applications. Read more
Centric butterfly valves with loose liner
Loose liner centric butterfly valves are typically a cost-effective solution for applications above ground where replacement and maintenance is relatively easy. The liner is replaceable without a full replacement of the valve and the design gives more options for different liner/disc/shaft materials. Available for water, wastewater and general industry applications. Read more
Double eccentric butterfly valves
Double eccentric butterfly valves are most often used in water supply applications above and below ground as an alternative to gate valves. When installing butterfly valves below ground a lower bury depth is required and typically they are more cost-effective, especially in the large dimensions, compared to gate valves. Read more
Triple-offset butterfly valves
Triple-offset butterfly valves are made of high grade materials making them suitable for use in high demand applications where extraordinary corrosion and heat resistance is required. Suitable for industrial applications.
